SYNOPSIS:
The Mayor of Utopiaville is on holiday on the tropical island, Honga-Tonga. His dream is to make the world one big Utopiaville – where no one pays taxes and everything is for free. Furthermore the Mayor has found the fountain to eternal life: expensive red vines.

The Queen of Honga-Tonga falls in love with the handsome and virile mayor. His plan for transforming the poor tropical island into a timeshare paradise excites everyone. But everything is not what it seems.
